The location of the STX You Event is Herengracht 168. This typical narrow city house is well known for its Halsgevel (literally: neck front) facade, which is the oldest surviving example in Amsterdam. It was designed by Philips Vingboom in 1638 and was widely imitated in the city.

Tax Authorities have taken in respectively France, the UK and The Netherlands. But what is
VAT Missing Trader fraud all about? How does it work? Is there really massive VAT abuse?
How can you recognize possibly fraudulent counterparts and what can you as trader do to
prevent risk in this respect? This presentation by Rogier Vanhorick, partner and international
VAT expert at Ernst & Young aims to provide you with some more insight in the field of recent
developments and answers on remaining questions. Furthermore, a short insight in the
developments in "Green" Indirect Taxation will be given.
